ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣਬੁਝ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ-ਸੰਜੀਵਨ

ਇਹ ਅਜੇ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ। ਤਾਰੀਖ ਸੀ 09 ਨਵੰਬਰ। ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਨਾਟ ਕਰਮੀ ਸੰਜੀਵਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਬਚਾਓ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਵੀ ਸਨ। ਨਿਹੰਗ ਵੀ ਸਨ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਹੋਰ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧੀ ਵੀ। ਉਂਝ ਟਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਉਣਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਛੇ ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਦੀਕਲਾ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਕਈ ਲੋਕ ਅੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਰੰਗ ਵੀ ਹੁਣ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਾਲੇਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। 

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਹਲੂਣਾ ਦੇਂਦਿਆਂ ਆਖਿਆ-ਸੈਨੇਟ ਬਚਾਓ, ਪਾਣੀ ਬਚਾਓ, ਧੀਆਂ ਬਚਾਓ, ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਬਚਾਓ, ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਬਚਾਓ, ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਬਚਾਓ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਬਚਾਓ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀਅਤ ਬਚਾਓ। ਕੀ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਜ਼ੁੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਰਗੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੈ? ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਹਾਕਿਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਇਖ਼ਲਾਕੀ ਫਰਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ? ਜਾਂ ਫੇਰ ਹਰ ਕਿਸਮ ਹਰ ਨਸਲ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਧਿਰ ਦੀ ਅੱਖ ਸੱਤਾ 'ਤੇ ਹੀ ਟਿੱਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ?

ਸਮੂਹ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਿਰਸਟੀ ਸੈਨੇਟ ਬਚਾਓ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਇਪਟਾ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਾਟਕਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਟ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਸੰਜੀਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਹਰ ਉਸ ਵਿਆਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਫਰਜ਼ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੀ ਔਲਾਦ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਫ਼ਿਕਰਮੰਦ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਖਿਆ, ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣ ਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਕਿਮਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਾਂਝੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿੳਂਕਿ ਸਿਖਿਅਤ ਅਤੇ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤ ਲੋਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਕ ਮੰਗਣਗੇ। ਹਾਕਿਮ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਲੂਤ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਅਵਾਮ ਵੀ ਪਾਲਤੂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪੈਸਾ ਫੈਕ ਕੇ ਵੋਟ ਬਟੋਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੱਕੀ ਆਦਤ ਬਣ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਪਟਾ ਆਗੂ  ਸੰਜੀਵਨ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੁਰਾਣੇਂ ਸਮਿਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਅੱਜ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਮੁਲਕ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੰਬਾਂ, ਬੰਦੂਕਾਂ, ਤੋਪਾਂ ਮਿਜ਼ਾਇਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ। ਉਸਦੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ, ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੋ। ਮੁਲਕ ਖੁਦ-ਬ-ਖੁਦ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਬਣ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ  ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਸਾਡੇ ਆਪਣਿਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਡੇ ਮੁਲਕ ’ਤੇ ਬੜੀ ਸੋਚੀ ਸਮਝੀ ਸਾਜਿਸ਼ ਤਾਹਿਤ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ, ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਣ-ਮਿੱਥ ਕੇ ਤਬਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਨਾਟਕਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਟ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਸੰਜੀਵਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਲੰਮੇ ਭਾਸ਼ਣ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸੰਜੀਵਨ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਇਸ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹਨ।
